Who We Are

First Step Counseling Services provides comprehensive services for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer evaluations and therapy to individuals, families, and couples affected by mental health and substance abuse issues. First Step also offers group therapy. Our staff has a wide variety of specialities. We’re located in downtown Metuchen, minutes from the Northeast Corridor train line and buses. Parking is convenient, and the facility is wheelchair accessible.
